DASC is a non-profit organization. The members of
the Board of Directors are all volunteers, with their own families and doula
businesses. Because the board members are working doulas who attend births,
your email may not be answered for a day or two. Please be patient --

Director of Membership
I've been a birth doula since 1996, a DONA certified doula and DASC member since 1997 and have been proud to serve on the Board of Directors since 1999. I love watching DASC and the doula community grow. I have supported over 400 families through pregnancy and childbirth throughout the greater Los Angeles area.

She has had the privilege of attending birth for more than 30 years and has chosen doula support as a full-time commitment for the past 5+ years. She is also a childbirth educator and trainer, a part-time midwifery student and also offers lactation support.
